Being a PHI Mining Group (PMG)'s wholly-owned mining subsidiary, Indochina Mining Corp. is an natural resource exploring and mining company, aiming to qualify for listing on NASDAQ Stock Market or a major exchange in the next two years. The Company plans to take majority and minority stakes in precious metal and non-metal mines in Southeast Asian region. Headquartered in Nevada State, USA, the Company’s strategy includes establishing joint-ventures to explore and mine for metal and non-metal mines in Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia and Thailand

Vietnam

We are in the final stage of establishing a joint venture with a well known local mining company focusing on exloiting zinc & lead in Northeast Vietnam. This project is considered the first step to Vietnam market as well as a basis for expanding to Laos & Cambodia. Rich local experience, abundant resource as well as high-quality technology imported from China, Cannada … will make the Company stand out from all its competitors.

Laos

Having a stable politic system and a variety of ores which are still being unmapped, unexplored and unexploited, Laos is our next destination. At present, the Company is conducting mining survey including zinc, gold in the Southern of Laos as well as creating base for expanding nationwide.

Cambodia

Cambodia’s mineral resources had not been extensively explored and developed in the past two decades because of war, internal conflict, and the lack of appropriate legislation and policy to attract foreign investors. In 2001, Management and Exploitation of Mineral Resources Law was introduced as a government effort for attracting investment in this sector. We find this golden opportunity to expand the business and reach our goal of becoming the mining leader in Indochina. Indochina Mining Co. currently ask exploration license for iron ore with the reserve of 2.6 million ton while at the same time conducting other mining survey such as copper, bauxite …

Thailand

As a nation of long-time in peace and not being colonized for centuries, natural resources in Thailand have not been explored and exploited much. The mapping of mining ores in Thailand has not been fully undertaken, and the rather advanced mining law of the country will facilitate the foreign ownership in the industry. We are eager to venture upon our mining activities in Thailand, and we have already planned to acquire a majority equity stake of a Thailand Black Granite Company. This Thailand-based company has already got their mining license and had available facilities to put into production. This potential deal promises to generate rich and stable cashflow to our corporation in near future.
